Prayers are going up

Thinking and praying for all the precious children and families that live in the Slums in Mathare Valley. It is about 7:30 PM over in Kenya right now....and as they lay their heads down to sleep....Lord I ask you place your angels around them and keep them safe from any harm. 

 "The Lord watches over you— the Lord is your shade at your right hand; the sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night. The Lord will keep you from all harm— he will watch over your life." Psalm 121:5-7

I had the incredible opportunity of meeting my sisters sponsored child......Simon Peter.  I had asked him wanted to be when he grows up.....He looked at me and said," A Pastor". I then right away told Pastor Chuck who was standing right there (God moment) and he was so excited to hear that!! We laid hands on him and Pastor Chuck lifted him up in prayer! Thank you Pam @pameeboo for capturing this beautiful moment!

Our precious kids out in Kenya have such a passion and vision of what they want to become later in life....And by the Power of Jesus Christ they WILL become what they want to be....And those who sponsor a child have such a huge part in this!!

No matter where you are at in the world....No matter what your living conditions are....No matter how rich or poor you are...No matter how young or how old you are....No matter what you use to make music....Even if it's drumming with a stick....NOTHING CAN STOP US FROM PRAISING OUR LORD AND SAVIOR EVERYWHERE IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE!!

As we said our Goodbyes....And having to once again leave my heart behind....I am Remembering all the work my amazing team and I had done and the transformation that God did through each one of us!

140 Pastors/ Staff taught by Crossroads Pastors

3 sermons preached

Blessed a school in the Mara, funding their meal program for 211 kids for a year!!

The Countdown Has Started...

The countdown has started and I will be returning back to Kenya in 21 days. Oh my gosh I am so excited!!! My heart just continues to become more passionate and filled with an abundance of joy and happiness every time I think or talk about Africa. I am especially excited for what God is going to do through myself and our team of 34 incredible people. We wait expectantly for the thousands of children we will be ministering to, the lives that will be changed out there and through our team, all the God stories and much much more!

I am excited to be returning again this year as Co-Leader. I love my responsibilities in leading the team.

I want to thank EVERYONE who's had a part of sponsoring me this year. I couldn't have done it without you.

As I venture off to my 2nd Home (with already knowing, that I don't want to come back "Home Home"), I ask that you keep myself and our team in your prayers.

•   Prayer in the areas that God will start preparing my heart & mind.

•   Physically, that I will be healthy and ready to work.

•   Emotionally, that I will have clarity of mind, and be free of anxiety.

•   That He will open up doors where I can share His Word and love with whomever I come in contact with.

•   That His light & love will shine out of me and that no words will be needed, but just to L.O.V.E. every child and adult.

•   For safety and protection

•   For the decisions that must be made by myself and others in leadership positions as well as all team members.
